  • Cabbeen Fashion Limited (“Cabbeen” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is a leading fashion casual menswear company in China, which is principally engaged in the research and design of apparel, footwear and accessories, brand management, marketing and sales, and product development. According to China Fashion Association, Cabbeen is a leading Chinese designer brand based on factors including retail revenue, the number of retail outlets and brand awareness. The Company currently owns four fashion menswear brands: Cabbeen Lifestyle, Cabbeen Urban, Cabbeen Chic and 2AM.
  • The Company possesses strong in-house design and R&D capabilities. The design team is led by the founder, chairman and chief designer, Mr. Ziming Yang, also known as Mr. Cabbeen. He helps the Company establish a distinct and consistent brand culture, which is reflected across the product lines and business operations. In 2010, Mr. Cabbeen was honored with top fashion award, the “14th China Fashion Design Top Award”, and also accredited as “2010 Outstanding Young Fashion Designer of Asia”. Guided by Mr. Cabbeen, the Company has held fashion shows during the China International Fashion Week for ten consecutive years since 2002, and won the “Annual Menswear Design Award of the Year” in 2011 and the “2012 Annual Fashion Brand Award”.
  • In 2011, the Company introduced an advanced ERP system, which is developed by SAP, an international well-known application software enterprise. It helps the Company to manage and operate business efficiently, make sales forecasts and provide purchase guidance to distributors in a more reliable and efficient manner, manage the inventory level in the distribution network, and provide management and operating guidance to distributors in a timely manner. Through ERP system, the Company can manage information relating to the procurement, supply chain and distribution, tracks each of products from delivery to and storage in the warehouse to its eventual sale. In addition, the Company could also use it to manage the design, research and development, product procurement and merchandising, warehousing, logistics, sales to distributors, marketing, retail sales management, inventory, finance and human resources. At present, the ERP system provides 100% coverage of branded retail outlets.
